A lot of our customers come to us because they have a problem with their IT. Whether it is failing hardware, a network that isn’t performing as well as it should, or software that is playing up: we can rapidly investigate and recommend solutions. We appreciate that in most cases your systems are critical to your business and we will do our best to get you back and running with the minimum of downtime.
A big part of our business is helping customers select appropriate systems to meet their needs. We recognise that often users are swamped with options, jargon and conflicting advice. And we also know that users are often “over-sold” equipment that is way in excess of their actual needs. We specialise in taking the time to understand your needs, and then giving help and advice delivered in clear English, so you get the best possible value for money.
We charge by the hour, and our rates are very reasonable. For customers on a service contract these services are included in the package. Other existing customers will be invoiced in the usual way. For new customers we request that you pay using our PayPal account on the right. The price shown includes VAT, and a VAT invoice will be emailed automatically once the job is complete.

Managed support:
Back Office IT have partnered with Avast / Level Platforms to deploy their Managed Workplace product. To install this system please click on the logo to the right & run the downloaded file.
N.B. this will intall to the “Individual Clients” subgroup.
Premium Remote access:
We can take control of your PC quickly & securely* - click on this icon to download & run the access software we need. It will take you to a web page. Enter the code we give you (over the phone), then download & install the client software.
Team Viewer:
Some of our contract customers want to pre-install Team Viewer for the fastest possible support access. Click on the TeamViewer logo and run the downloaded file to install this feature. It is password protected, so you will need to phone us to grant us access!
